Paola has a tremendous work ethic. She is extremely prompt and on top of everything at all times. She does the required aspects of the job and so much more. Paola was the only nurse to walk us up and down for every meal. She was so humble/thoughtful that when I said to her, you know you are the only one who walks us," she said, "it is the least I can do, I just want to help." Not only is Paola amazing at her job, but she is just an amazing human as well. She is so compassionate, always made me feel cared for, and honestly treated me as I was family. She was the light in a not-so-bright place for me, the support, hope, I needed to push through. Her laughter, positivity, kindness, and compassion, are so radiate, and honestly quite contagious. One night I had an allergic reaction scare, and Paola worked at the speed of light. She got the doctor in here twice (as I felt the symptoms worsening), in a matter of seconds. Not only that, but through the fear and panic I began to feel, she comforted me, rubbing my back, letting me know everything would be okay, just further speaking to her perfect blend of hard work, and genuine care. Paola is truly amazing, one of a kind, and someone who has tremendously, positively impacted my life. I truly will never forget her and will forever be grateful to have been blessed to meet her. There is truly no one more deserving of this award than her, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
