Dawn cared for my grandpa in his final hours when he passed with COVID. Both of my grandparents were in the ICU with COVID for about a week prior to their passing. It was absolutely devastating that the family was not able to be with them in their final days, and it was so important to us that not only did they receive the best medical care, but that they were shown love and compassion. Dawn clearly informed us of every step of the process before, during, and after his passing. Because we were unable to be in the room with him, she held his hand while he passed. I am amazed by the kindness with which Dawn cared for my grandpa, and by extension, his loved ones, after dealing with this devastation for so many months.
