Yer took care of me twice in the ER. I have a very rare kidney disorder. I have pain constantly all day every day. My life is very stressful. I have never had a nurse so caring. Yer made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. She would do anything to make me more comfortable. She explained every medication before giving it to me. Her voice is calm and soothing. She was compassionate and sympathetic to my condition. She also took care of my fiancé, brought him water, and made sure he was always informed of the treatment. This woman is a true blessing to the ER. You are so lucky to have her. Yer is an amazing person - never been treated this kind.
