I for one will be forever touched by the kindness Regan extended.
Regan displayed the utmost impeccable example of professionalism, compassion, empathy, patience, and skill of any nurse that has ever cared for me. She was able to comfort me and communicate in the most sensitive way when I need it most. I was in excruciating pain begging for relief and she in a very “motherly” fashion was able to explain to me why I was not able to have more pain medication. Keep in mind I’m twice her senior!
When I arrived back up on the floor for the second time in just a couple of days, she had my room prepared for me and went above and beyond by remembering exactly what my likes and dislikes were. At the time, I was very nervous and concerned, she was able to comfort me. Her outgoing personality, her genuine kindness, and caring manner should be the highest example! St. Luke’s should be grateful to have such a valued employee and treasure the example and reputation she leaves with patients! I for one will be forever touched by the kindness she extended.
