1st nomination: Lindsay is an outstanding nurse. She always treats her patient's families with such patience, kindness, and respect. One day Lindsay spent 4 hours with an insurance company to get a mistake corrected that caused an important medication to be denied. This mistake was not made by Lindsay so she had to piece the info together to figure out what went wrong. Lindsay did this by being transferred to countless different people at the insurance company. At the end of the 4 hours, she was able to get the denial reversed. WAIT! Lindsay did not stop there - she then inquired about a copay assistance program that reduced the family's out-of-pocket from $3000 to $5.00. That is truly sharing the healing presence of God. 
2nd nomination: Lindsay is the epitome of a team player. She is incredibly hardworking and routinely goes above and beyond for our patients and families. She spends HOURS working to make sure our kids have the meds and care they need, always being positive and with a smile on her face!
