Bill has mentored students to reach their academic and employment goals within the area of mental health nursing.
Bill teaches the mental health nursing practicum in the traditional and second-degree option programs. His contribution as a clinical educator over many years has been significant. Any of his students will tell you that he is rigorous and persistent in his pursuit of making sure they are successful in understanding the mental health needs of their patients.

The professor himself took the time to share multiple stories from past experiences and displayed a good example of how a nurse should conduct themselves on a mental health unit. He was amazing.
