Sara has taken on a huge load with being a Unit Based Educator.
I want to acknowledge Sara Deyne and how much I appreciate her. She always offers to stay and pass meds if I am having to charge or carry. She will work 1300-0100 just so I can fulfill charge duties before having to carry patients. She has taken on a huge load with being a Unit Based Educator, doing schedules, training new staff, making sure everyone is current on competencies, and the list goes on. I would like her to know how much she is appreciated.
