Michaela not only knows everything about her own patients when she charges, but she also knows about each and every patient on that floor when she charges.
Michaela Phillips was not long off her internship when Covid started. She jumped into the role of Covid Nurse with both feet and never looked back. She worked hard every single time she was on the floor to make certain that the Covid patients were cared for in the best way possible. With everything about Covid changing at such a rapid rate at first, she took all the changes in stride and still cared about each and every patient she came into contact with. She is now a new charge nurse on that floor and is very organized and calm when charging and having patients at the same time. She not only knows everything about her own patients when she charges, but she also knows about each and every patient on that floor when she charges. She is never afraid to take on a task or responsibility. She also knows that she can ask for guidance or help and she is eager to learn. She always does her job with the patients in mind and always with a smile! She truly cares about her floor, her coworkers, and other staff members. She not only cares for her patients while charging, but she also cares for all the patients on the floor. She is a terrific nurse with a big caring heart.
