Brenda Sheppard is an excellent nurse who has been with the VNA for over 20 years. She is very caring, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Brenda is always willing to help the team in difficult situations and has mentored nurses as asked by her manager. I have received a letter from one of her patient’s daughters.
