Fernando is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of patients. Recently, he had visited a patient who was experiencing a decline in status. When the comfort callers called the family the next day, the family made sure to let them know that they appreciated how quickly he came and resolved the issues that were bothering their mother. The daughter even developed a new saying, “Fernando to the rescue!!” due to his efficient and compassionate care. There are often many family compliments with the most recent being that “there is not enough money in the world to compensate for the compassionate care dad received”.
