By providing the community with these vaccines, Tecia is making a positive difference in the lives of the patients, their families, and the community.
Tecia Sanchez BSN, RN, was hired for the Nurse Residency Program in December. The vaccine was then allocated to the VNA. The residency program was placed on hold and Tecia was temporarily reassigned to the Covid-19 Vaccine VNACJ Program. Tecia is one of the clinical leads at our Holmdel location. By providing the community with these vaccines, Tecia is making a positive difference in the lives of the patients, their families, and the community. She listens and acknowledges their fears and concerns and truly cares for them. We’ve recently partnered with Autism NJ, providing vaccinations to adults with special needs. I’d like to share some of the positive feedback from the caregivers of our special needs patients.
