Chari, my main nurse during my time here, shined extra bright. From my first day, scared and foggy, she immediately made me feel safe and in good hands. Every task she performed was done with confidence, clarity, a gentle touch, warmth, and a smile. All needs were done on time and carefully. The IV port was bothering me, especially while sleeping. She took the initiative to wrap it gently with an ace bandage to keep it in place and from bending, hence setting off the beep. It never bothered me again. She was the one to think of it and cared enough to do it. It made the rest of my time more comfortable. She's a star.
