The level of professionalism and dedication displayed in the way in which care was provided to my brother is certainly rare to find.
Eunice is extremely caring, compassionate, understanding, and displays a great sense of optimism in the way care is delivered. Upon meeting her she briefly provided the information necessary to be advised upon and made sure that my concerns and questions have been answered. She has been a great communicator and extremely helpful in the treatment process. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed in the way in which care was provided to my brother is certainly rare to find. She was able to ensure that the patient’s needs are met in order to follow safe discharge. Eunice made sure that I, as a sister caring for my brother, have gotten the chance to express my viewpoint in discharge in order to communicate it with my brother’s doctors and caseworkers. In other words, she did not rush the process and ensured that my thoughts and the process have been introduced properly. My gratitude and appreciation are for the dedication and extraordinary critical thinking skills displayed by this highly deserving nurse, Eunice.
