It is not easy to be a patient in a hospital. There is your concern about how and when you will recover. This is how patient N feels. According to her, she was confined in a hospital in order to be properly observed and she had to have a blood extraction. Three nurses tried to extract her blood but they did not succeed and she felt pain because of it. Fortunately, Nurse Mona arrived. Nurse Mona carefully extracted N's blood and she succeeded. N also said that Nurse Mona was very helpful, patient, cooperative, and friendly. She was easy to approach and talk to if N had any queries. According to N, “Because of Nurse Mona, I felt secure and at ease. I hope all nurses are like her. She has concern and love for the patient not because it is her job but because it is her personality."
