Lauren had even taken the time to know the couple’s love story and had a small basketball on the tray which was symbolic of their first date.
I witnessed exceptional care and compassion from Lauren that she displayed for her patient’s wife. This couple had been married for decades and Friday was their anniversary. She worked to get handprints for the wife, bought her flowers, decorated the room with an Anniversary sign and Balloons. She had even taken the time to know the couple’s love story and had a small basketball on the tray which was symbolic of their first date. Lauren went above and beyond for this patient and his wife. Frankly, I was so touched and so appreciative of this beautiful display of caring and compassion. Lauren’s dedication to that patient and his wife will not soon be forgotten. Thank you for employing such a wonderful and dedicated clinician.
