From labor to the epidural to pushing to recovering after birth, Kim was there and could not have possibly cared for me any better.
Kim Kinderknecht was a major part of my labor and delivery. Everything she said and did reflects how much she loves her job. She kept me consistently informed of where I was in the process of delivery, my options for positioning, and delivery of pain management. She frequently assessed me, encouraged me, and continuously made me feel well cared for. From early labor to delivery and post-partum, Kim was outstanding. She anticipated my needs before I had them, made it her goal to keep me comfortable, and constantly encouraged and assured me that I was doing well. She was reliable and clearly very educated and experienced. All the time she spent talking to me about anything and everything, I so appreciated.
From labor to the epidural to pushing to recovering after birth, Kim was there and could not have possibly cared for me any better. Once the baby was here, the care she gave him I’ll never forget. With the few episodes of choking/gurgling my baby had at first, she very quickly and efficiently helped him and calmed me. I was too nervous to leave him to take a shower so she took him back to the nursery so that I could. She helped him clear out his little lungs and nose and when I got him back, he was doing so much better. She taught me how to help him best when/if that happened again and reassured me that he was ok. I was able to relax and trust her 100%. The care I and my baby received from Kim reflects her love for her job and dedication to her patients. I am incredibly thankful that Kim was with me from beginning to end. She’s truly one of the best.
