Patrice showed compassion, empathy, and concern for both my daughter and me.
Patrice called me to discuss upcoming sedation for my daughter; she listened and validated my concerns for my daughter who is deaf/blind, and then went above and beyond in organizing another procedure for the same day so my daughter did not need to be sedated again next month. She showed compassion, empathy, and concern for both my daughter and me. I don’t know if she realized that that act of kindness calmed a nervous mom and helped reduce further medical trauma for my daughter. I am so grateful for her kindness.
