My husband who was DNR, having been a heart patient for several years, was in serious trouble. The staff was all very nice, helpful, and attentive. With his ok, it was decided to keep him comfortable until his passing. James was very kind and kept me informed on what we were going to experience. When my husband passed, James turned his full attention to taking care of me and my needs. He helped me to a private room and constantly checked on me. He brought me coffee, water, and snacks. He made this terrible ordeal at least bearable.
