Josh is a breath of fresh air in the nursing profession. He has a gift of compassion, respect, dedication, and humor to encourage his patients. His love and compassion for his job go above and beyond most others. He pays attention to details and is very confident. He put me at ease about what I was experiencing. He listens attentively and never gets impatient. No task is too small or beneath him. He ensured all my needs were met. You can see his passion and dedication to be the best. He has a level head. He listened to crabby me when I was frustrated and in pain. He commiserated and encouraged me with kindness, patience, and caring. Great sense of humor when appropriate to lift my spirits. He interceded with physicians to alleviate problems. He is very respectful and professional. I felt like family. He will make a good charge nurse.
