I will never forget Patti and her very compassionate care during my stay.
I was a Covid patient and it didn't sink in until I entered my room. Admission was quite difficult but Patti (Fatima) genuinely pauses what she was doing and listened to me when I was crying in total distress because of my diagnosis. She showed true passion and kindness I've never seen in a nurse before. All throughout my stay, she continuously encouraged me to get better and have me focus on the positive signs of my holistic healing. I will never forget Patti and her very compassionate care during my stay. Patti - This name will never resonate with me the same again. The compassion you have shown is something I have never seen or felt before. From the first time you saw me, you immediately stopped what you were doing and aided me in my transition to reality as a Covid patient. It was not an easy journey, but you promised to be focused on the good and positive. This put a smile on my face. My stay could have been difficult, but it was a memorable experience and I forgot I was a Covid patient. You embody the nurses’ oath not by words but by heart.
