Bill kept me calm all throughout the procedure. From preparation to endorsement to regular room admission. His sincere and cheerful ways helped me feel comfortable and safe. Bill also exceeded my expectation because he personally took care of everything despite the challenge in IV insertion. It took 10 inserts due to my sensitive nerve but he was able to execute with care and compassion.
