Rebekah took the time every day to sit and chat right at the beginning of her shift.
Going over and beyond for patients is exactly what type of nurse Rebecca is. I have never come across a more genuine and caring nurse. When I first arrived to ICU, I was very much scared and didn’t know what to expect. She made me feel safe and treated me like I was a part of her own family. Rebecca is a nurse that every hospital needs, her compassion to help her patients is something I have not seen in a long time. She treated me like I was her only patient. For her to devote her skills and her love for her job just makes me smile on rough days in the ICU. She took the time every day to sit and chat right at the beginning of her shift. She checked my pain levels, made my bed, helped change my clothes, and made me feel comfortable. This nurse went into the healthcare field because she truly loves helping others. She is what makes our beautiful world go round and we need more like her. She is truly a blessing to her patients, with a beautiful smile that makes her patients know, they are going to be ok.
