Jessica was an angel for us who truly cared and heard us.
We had an unfortunate loss. We spent the night in the ER of another hospital and were treated very horribly. They left the fetus in situ and due to Ramadan had no staff for ultrasound. Our primary OBGyn was in another facility and advised us to go home and after examination and ultrasound, she will refer us for possible surgical care. We were referred to Danat Al Emarat Hospital and our first point of contact was Jessica. She empathized with our situation and struggle and helped us all the way to OT and admission. She was an angel for us who truly cared and heard us. She also followed up with my husband regarding the morgue and formalities to address requirements so we can give a proper burial to our unborn child. A truly caring person - Thank you.
