Kevin explained everything that was going on and he went out of his way to treat my father and me with dignity and respect.
My father is 87 years young and came in from assisted living very confused and not quite sure of his diagnosis. My father was moved from the ER to Observation, I was given his nurse (Kevin) to obtain any information to what was going to with him. My father was extremely uncooperative and combative during part of his stay in observation, because of this difficult situation my father needed to be restrained. When I arrived to see my father, Kevin explained everything that was going on and he went out of his way to treat my father and me with dignity and respect. He also made sure my father was not wet in his bed at all and kept him dry/clean at all times. Kevin also explained it was my father's condition and part of his dementia that was causing him to act out in his behavior. Kevin explained it was not any fault of my father's and that it was the disease. Kevin is a wonderful man who possesses maturity beyond his years and I'm so Thankful and Blessed he was working the days my father was in the observation area. Kevin is a DAISY Nurse!
