Glenda graduated in 1990 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She had a passion for nursing and learned to speak Nipponggo (a Japanese dialect) when she stayed in Tokyo, Japan, after being sent by the Philippine government as part of a group of 10 outstanding young nurses. She started as a Staff Nurse on 2 North in 2005. She has been nominated for multiple awards and promoted to the position of Senior Nurse.
