I am truly happy to be able to share my experience in reference to Ms. Kate. She has exceeded the expectations that I had in terms of care given to patients. Kate's qualities are outstanding. She is a compassionate nurse that has truly touched my heart. Her character as a person speaks volumes; the way she treated me as a human being and not just a medical record number. Her ability to sense other peoples’ emotions shows she is truly present. She has mastered the art of active listening. She knows how to balance speaking ad listening effectively. Without a second thought she shows and gives acts of kindness and comfort. Her ability to inspire confidence is greatly appreciated and is very impactful. She takes time to make sure that you are okay before she exits the room in the most caring matter. She would always ask if there was anything else she could do for me.
