Tess went far above and beyond for me. After being afraid and in pain, Tess reassured me that I was in the best nursing hands. She made me comfortable as best she could. Even when I was confused about how to make myself comfortable, she would offer me the smallest of comforts like a drink, a towel, or a snack. These small gestures were big things in my eyes. She would come even when I didn’t call her to help with my pain to comfort me. Her bubbly, loving, kind, full of empathy personality is what we need in these times. Human kindness goes a long way. Thank you Tess for everything. Sometimes is it better to be a kind and understanding human being than to be right. We don’t need an intelligent mind that speaks when we are sad and in pain. But a person, a human being with a patient and sympathetic heart that listens. That’s who Tess is to me. She deserves the very best. I wish nothing but blessings to her.
