I suffer from panic disorder and agoraphobia. The hospital is a very scary place for me. I was shaking uncontrollably. Jessica was so kind and empathic. When she wasn’t busy she would come in and talk to me about my two dogs and Taylor Swift. She was the only person to read the paper they put on the wall. She made a point to find out things I loved and enjoyed. We even watched funny and silly videos that made us both laugh. She eased my mind about my negative experiences. She even encouraged me and gave me different ideas on how to handle the situation that was bothering me. I felt so much better after opening up about my negative experience, instead of keeping it to myself. Even on nights when I did not have her, she came into my room and wrote kind messages on my board. She is one of a kind! I will never forget her!
