What makes Chelsea a truly exemplary nurse is her unyielding compassion and devotion to her patients.
Trying to figure out where to start as to why Chelsea deserves this award is challenging. Chelsea is a strong, admirable, and empowering leader for all of her peers. She vigilantly works to boost Caregivers’ self confidence in performing patient care. An example of this is her dedication towards improving our Stroke Education and Code Blues by performing mock codes to help engage and improve nursing staff skills. What makes Chelsea a truly exemplary nurse is her unyielding compassion and devotion to her patients. Chelsea works strenuously alongside her coworkers from all departments to ensure that patients’ needs are met. In times of high-stress situations, Chelsea is fast to respond and provides a calming reassurance to patients and families. We are so fortunate to have Chelsea on our team!
