She put together a “Thank You” flip board at the front employee entrance for morale.
  • Christine has worked in CVOU for over 14 years. She goes above and beyond for her patients, their families, her team, and physicians. She often receives applause cards from patients/families and staff. She is always positive and a strong patient advocate. She strives for unity within our units as well as unity between other departments. Christine is always the first to volunteer for projects that will make things better for our patient experience and to improve patient flow.
  • Christine is always a calm, collected team player. If there’s ever an issue in the department, she takes initiative to get the problem solved.
  • Christine has been an excellent leader, coordinator, and organizer with the Labor Pool. She is caring, ensures all employees have all equipment for safety and protocols. She put together a “Thank You” flip board at the front employee entrance for morale. She ensures training occurs.
  • In my experience working with Christine, she has been the epitome of relentless positivity. No matter what she faces she answers each call with a smile and enthusiasm. Christine’s demeanor is contagious, and she not only lightens and brightens every situation she adds value. No task is too small or large, whether it be placing social distancing floor markers on the floor or creating a meaningful “Thank you” collage as employees come to work when given a task Christine delivers. In addition, Christine has a unique and powerful ability to make all things better than she found them. Christine is the Nurse and Colleague we all long for and we are so lucky and blessed to have her apart of our Saddleback Family.
  • Thank you team for the extraordinary care & concern you showed me during my procedure and subsequent complications. You were amazing in saving my life. Job one with compassion and great skill!!
  • It’s more than what you do-it’s who you are as a person that makes me grateful to know you. Thank you for all the care and love you showed me. You are a great nurse. God bless you and your family.
  • Good people are hard to find. Exceptional ones are even more so! I (would like to) compliment you on your cardio unit employees and Christine, both 10’s!
  • Very capable hands, knows her stuff, smart, upbeat, professional team player, and nice to boot. I have been in twice and had excellent care both times. For many years I ran a consulting business and it’s hard to miss or top her talent. You are represented well.
  • From the time Christine greets patients with her warm friendly smile, to her caring conversation and ability to defuse tensions and fears she puts patients at ease. Patients go off for their procedures relaxed and confident in the care and ability of the team and staff around them. She puts people at ease meeting their needs, whatever they may be.
