If it wasn't for Ken having the passion to put the patient first my daughter would have gotten sicker at home causing more medical issues.
From the minute I brought my 15-month-old daughter to the Emergency Department, Ken immediately was so helpful; he was so gentle with my daughter even though she had some very stressful procedures to endure for a 15-month-old. He really cared about her health, and you could tell. Working in a hospital myself I know when you’re busy how hard it can be to spend quality time with every patient. If Ken was busy, I had no idea. He treated my daughter like she was the only patient he had. Ken felt she needed more medical attention and decided to go to the Medical Director to state his concerns. If it wasn't for Ken having the passion to put the patient first my daughter would have gotten sicker at home causing more medical issues. Thank you so much; I can't thank you enough for caring about my daughter. Keep being amazing!
