There was no delay in the excellent care Roxanne provided.
The daughter of a patient told the manager about what a difference Roxanne made for her mother and self during the patient's RRT. She explained that she is aware how quickly a patient's condition can change and how much attention is needed during those times. Roxanne responded immediately and stayed by her side for several hours and bridged until she could handoff to the next nurse. The daughter said, “There was no delay in the excellent care she provided.”
