Christine said, "Don't worry. I've got it all figured out. I've taken care of it." She put me completely at ease.
I had surgery and Christine was my circulating nurse for surgery; she was amazing! She came in with the most positive, happy attitude. I was really concerned because I had breast reconstructive surgery previously and my plastic surgeon was concerned about not having any pressure on my breasts. Christine said, "Don't worry. I've got it all figured out. I've taken care of it." She put me completely at ease. Christine knew exactly what needed to happen so that I didn't get any weight on my breasts. The doctor complimented her in front of me saying that she is the best circulating nurse, and we love having her because she's so good at making sure everything is taken care of. I can't tell you how much it meant to me knowing that I was going into surgery and didn't have to worry. I was being taken care of and she was going to make sure that what I needed to happen in the operating room was going to happen. I had absolutely no concerns; I was able to relax and laugh and joke around with the nurse who is doing my prep for surgery who, by the way, was also amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met and I was comfortable going into surgery without any stress. Thank you so much!
