Timothy's sympathy was heartfelt and kind.
My mother’s nurse was in a word, outstanding. Timothy was consistent, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned. He answered all of my questions with aplomb. He explained the tests she had and the results to me in terms that were easy to comprehend. He was kind and gentle to my 90-year-old mother and was extremely professional at all times, while so much was going on around him. I witnessed first-hand how demanding his job truly is; the amount of extended concentration he has to muster along with the myriad of details he has to attend to hour after hour after hour was utterly remarkable. As an only child, caring for my mother has been difficult, especially now, and when I was upset and took a walk down the hall just to cry, he was caring and genuinely concerned for me. His sympathy was heartfelt and kind. He stopped and addressed me and my sadness as a caretaker and I wasn't the patient!
