Brandie coordinated a “mini spa day” for our patient.
Brandie Hubbard went above and beyond for a patient that was in 3 South for months. The patient was bedridden, had a tracheostomy, and was on a ventilator. Brandie coordinated a “mini spa day” for our patient. After getting approval from the patient, her family, and our manager, Brandie had her own personal stylist come in to give the patient some TLC. Her stylist was kind enough to come in, wash, style, and cut the patient’s hair. The patient and her family were so happy and grateful for Brandie’s kind act. Brandie’s small gesture created a great experience for our patient, and it goes to show that little things can make a great impact. Brandie shows compassion and is a great role model in nursing.
