Rachel has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable.
All of the nursing staff have been great, but Rachel stuck out. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and have everything I need (especially after a biopsy). I’ve also noticed her volunteer to assist co-workers with computers and cleaning up messes that you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere near.
