While she was in the hospital, Nurse Saedah did not leave her side. L was very grateful for the help given to her by Nurse Saedah.
We had a patient, L, who was all by herself and already starting to feel worried because she does not have anyone approach her. Fortunately, Nurse Saedah was there. According to L, Nurse Saedah herself approached her and asked what her needs were. While she was in the hospital, Nurse Saedah did not leave her side. L was very grateful for the help given to her by Nurse Saedah. L even sent a voice message saying that the words were not enough to express her gratitude. L also said that "I do not know what would have happened to me that day if Nurse Saedah had not helped me especially for someone like me who did not know what to do in a hospital. She is the best model who should be emulated by other workers. I am very grateful that I got the chance to meet such a good person like her.”
