Imagine the fear and unknown of having a temporary colostomy bag for surgery. Now imagine the most compassionate, educating nurse helping you and teaching you how to clean and change it. Maryann assured me that 'I can do it!' and thanks to her, I can and I will. This was a powerful and emotional experience for me to have Maryann here to touch my life!
