Elena exhibited amazing patience and comfort. She even brought in the chaplain to pray with me and my husband.
Elena was the nurse that welcomed my husband to this hospital. I have been to many hospitals for my husband, and for my own past surgeries, but Elena demonstrated the nursing skills and qualities that every nurse should excel in. She not only spoke softly to my husband who was shaking but also explained every step of the process. He committed to doing his best of understanding why this had to be done. Elena was very busy as it was after 5 p.m. and close to shift change. She exhibited amazing patience and comfort. She even brought in the chaplain to pray with me and my husband. In essence, she made me go home the first night of his hospital stay feeling more comfortable.
