Working through these tough and trying times, Tamika has not allowed her spirit to be broken. She is attentive and diligent in her work.
Tamika is a terrific nurse. She possesses all the qualities that a great nurse should have. She demonstrates good workmanship with her peers as well as her patients. She is patient, she communicates with her patient and their families so that they understand. She always wears a smile on her face. Tamika has a positive attitude and helps out in any way that she can. Working through these tough and trying times, Tamika has not allowed her spirit to be broken. She is attentive and diligent in her work. She assures that her patients are taken care of in all aspects of their care. She tends to her patients' every need with no hesitation. Tamika was in charge today and she went above and beyond to be as helpful to the unit as she could. On top of doing all of her duties as a charge nurse, she also did things like stocked rooms, change sharps containers, made kits for new patients, and much more. We also had a code blue and through all the chaos, Tamika remained calm as she moved about the unit with urgency to do what was necessary. Tamika is always a ray of sunshine on the unit and a true DAISY Nurse.
