Marcia was truly a great listener to my needs, concerns, and problems.
I was admitted with a bad case of pneumonia. She was my nurse for many of my days that week. She was truly a great listener to my needs, concerns, and problems. She was prompt, professional, caring, and made me feel taken care of during this difficult time we are going through with COVID. She was on the go her whole 12 hours taking care of me. She gave the oncoming nurse a very thorough report on my condition along with the doctor. She goes above and beyond just being a nurse. She is a team player and respects all aspects of the others she works with. All positions down to the janitor. She was also very good with being sanitary and following proper protocol. She definitely is doing the job God wanted for her. Thank you Marcia you made my stay away from home tolerable and I felt safe during this crisis we are in.
