Shannon put me and my family completely at ease and she could handle any problem that should happen.
I had a cardiac procedure and was admitted to the hospital. I was on 3 North Medical. In such a short time Shannon made my stay actually pleasant, which is quite a thing to do after surgery in my opinion. First and foremost, she was courteous, pleasant, efficient, and in total control of making me and my family comfortable, even though she had one emergency after another when they brought me into my room. I had to wait for a room to be ready for me because the hospital was full along with 3 North and other patients calling for her time. She took care of me, assessing my pain, answering my questions, and explaining what I could expect recovering from surgery. She put me and my family completely at ease and she could handle any problem that should happen. Her shift ended at seven, but she did not leave until she advised her replacement of my needs and care. When she returned the next morning at the start of her shift, she was again pleasant, courteous, and only interested in my needs and how my night went and my pain. She was and is outstanding all the way as far as I am concerned. You are very fortunate to have this person working for you and representing your hospital.
