I could tell that they truly care about the patients. They care and have a passion for their daily duties at the hospital.
Recently, my daughter was in the ER and then admitted to the Primary Children’s Unit. I was immediately impressed with the nursing staff. Although we were there under not ideal situations, the nursing staff made sure that we were comfortable and felt at home. We were there for a total of 2 days. I had another daughter at home. I felt completely comfortable leaving my daughter alone in the care of the nursing staff. They made sure that my daughter felt comfortable and felt at ease.

Later, during discharge, we had an unpleasant experience. The nurses Jordan and Jackie were very understanding of our frustrations. They helped to calm us and comforted us during this time. After this, they all went above their duties by bringing us cookies and playing a movie for us. This doesn’t seem like much, but it meant a lot to us during this time. They listened as I vented my frustrations and validated my concerns. It is hard to put into words, but the nurses brought a feeling of ease, comfort, and calm during a scary time. I could tell that they truly care about the patients. They care and have a passion for their daily duties at the hospital. I was impressed with their professionalism and the ability to be comforting at the same time. I also wanted to thank you for reaching out to me. I truly appreciate you listening to me. I am also so happy that you have allowed your team to implement change so that no other family has the experience we had. I hope you know what an amazing staff you have. Please send my deepest thank you to your and your team.
