The backbone of every hospital is an educated, loving, caring, and compassionate nurse. Julie is a perfect representation of that through thought and image.
I have personally witnessed Julie compassionately caring for patients at the bedside numerous times. When patients are scared, lonely, and at their lowest point, Julie displays the ability to exhibit love and compassion to patients through her care. She also eases all of her patients’ anxiety through her knowledge and ability to educate them based on their diagnosis. Julie always has a positive impact on her patients which seems to speed up their recovery. I personally believe that the backbone of every hospital is an educated, loving, caring, and compassionate nurse. Julie is a perfect representation of that through thought and image. She has an amazing ability to both personally and emotionally connect to every patient and staff member. Whether it is at the bedside with a patient or leading a staff huddle before every shift she effortlessly exhibits class professionalism and gains the admiration of all staff. Julie is detailed orientated and a great leader. Anyone would be proud to call her Boss, co-worker, or friend. If my family or I are ever a patient in a hospital I can only hope and pray that we would receive care from a nurse as loving caring and compassionate as Julie.
