Rose stood out to me because she took the initiative to make sure my mother got the best care possible.
There is not one negative word anyone could say when mentioning the sweetest charge nurse on this side of heaven. Miss Rose adds another meaning to extraordinary! There is not one nurse or CNA who doesn’t enjoy working under her leadership. Nurse Rose makes her patients feel like they are more than just a medical record number. She listens to your needs and concerns and does her very best to address them. Always giving words of encouragement and hope. I am very grateful for everything. When we are in a time where family is not able to be with you during your stay, Nurse Rose and her staff made you feel like you are family while you are there. I truly thank God for all of the love and support shown to me. Miss Rose stands out far beyond what the eye can see. SGMC is very blessed to have her as part of their staff.

Rose stood out to me because she took the initiative to make sure my mother got the best care possible. Rose had helped my mother freshen up by wiping her down and washing her hair. She also made sure mom brushed her teeth. Simple things like that made my mother feel much better than before. Though my mother was angry at Rose for freshening her up, the clean feeling made my mother feel a little more confident and better about herself. What Rose did really helped my mother feel slightly more independent and capable of doing normal things.
