Rohini, outside of her work hours, volunteered to drive the patient back to his nursing home.
Rohini does an extraordinary job on a daily basis. There was a day we had difficulty sending one of our PACU patients back to his nursing home despite multiple attempts at connecting with different professionals. Rohini, outside of her work hours, volunteered to drive the patient back to his nursing home by herself and that is what she did, avoiding an unnecessary admission and extra workload for our PACU personnel. She has been a model and a leader.
