Nurse Alyssa has truly made an impression that will be long-lasting.
Nurse Alyssa is an evening RN in the Pediatric ICU. She provided care for my daughter several days. Her level of empathy, gentle touch, kind words, and attention to detail made my daughter feel truly cared for. Even after Anesthesia, Nurse Alyssa is the first person she asked for. Each night that Nurse Alyssa is not her nurse she asks for her. All of the PICU nurses are exceptional no doubt. However, Nurse Alyssa has truly made an impression that will be long-lasting. She rises above the level of care she provides. She helped my daughter during a very difficult time with pain management and pre/post-surgery. She deserves to know that she is an all-star and should keep up the good work with all the patients that are so lucky to have her.
