Several times Kristin appeared in our room, like a superhero, right before I could hit the call button.
6 West was hopping during hour 2 day stay. Kristin was so attentive to my daughter’s needs that several times she appeared in our room, like a superhero, right before I could hit the call button. She did all this proactively and without hesitation, which this mom truly appreciates. My daughter’s saturations were dipping off and on and I was overly concerned. I loved the way she spoke to my non-verbal daughter like the teenager that she is. I was pleased to see a student shadowing her because we think she is a shining example of an outstanding RN and Kristin was not even our nurse! She was helping her fellow RN and my daughter at the same time. Impressive!
