Alex would talk us through our hard times. She remembered things from 2 weeks ago, the first time she took care of our son.
We’ve had Alex multiple times during our stay and every time she’s our nurse there’s a sigh of relief, because we know we’re in good hands. She was so easy to talk to and kept us informed. She always would make sure we knew the plan for care, and she would talk us through our hard times. She remembered things from 2 weeks ago, the first time she took care of our son. She made a point to keep him comfortable, keep mom and dad well taken care of, and keep all our lines organized and untangled (as hard as it was). All of our concerns were taken seriously and well addressed with the right professionals. Nothing was brushed off with Alex. We appreciated all she did for us and how she kept our questions and concerns a priority the whole time.
