Stephanie treated him like her little brother and always answered our questions with clear, concise answers.
Stephanie cared for my son under very stressful conditions. He was medically fragile, suffering a tragic wound, and was being weaned from several medications. She was always extremely attentive to his needs, responsive to his pain and most of all – EXTREMELY PATIENT. He was often agitated and because he was non-verbal, he could be very emotional. She treated him like her little brother and always answered our questions with clear, concise answers. She is undoubtedly a highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and respected caregiver. She spent time explaining to the aides in our room how to best help with a movement, or the application of a dressing, etc. (The point being, she is a good teacher, helping another student to learn.) Stephanie took such good care of my son and I will always remember her as a bright light in such a dark time.
